The Town of Southampton recently acquired 0 College Highway, a 56-acre parcel across the street from Dowd Agencies/Parker & O’Grady in Southampton’s “second center”. The Town intends to use the site for new municipal facilities like a Public Safety Complex and a Senior Center. The town is also exploring other uses of the site, including connecting to the soon to be built Manhan Rail Trail which abuts the back of the site. Join us for an interactive workshop where you’ll help define the future of this parcel by testing alternative uses and site layouts. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

This event will be facilitated by the Town’s planning consultants for the project, Dodson & Flinker Landscape Architecture and Planning, and Pioneer Valley Planning Commission.
The Town of Southampton has contracted with the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (https://www.pvpc.org/) and Dodson & Flinker (https://dodsonflinker.com/) to explore the future and develop a vision for the 52 acres formerly known as "0 College Highway"
