Mission Statement

The Southampton Fire Department is committed to serving our community with the highest level of life and property protection. We will achieve this by providing excellent and compassionate service in an atmosphere that encourages innovation, professional development, diversity and most of all by embracing our small community values.

 

Dedication

The Southampton Fire Department consists of almost 50 part-time members and 1 full-time chief. We provide Advanced Life Support (ALS-Paramedic) ambulances and a complete fire rescue squad to the town 24/7, 365 days a year.

We have at least two EMT's at the station at all times ready to respond in our community. The department trains every week to keep focused and prepared. Fire burns just as hot here in Southampton as in any other community. When emergencies happen, the community counts on us. Each member takes a pledge to protect our town and it's citizens to the best of their ability. We achieve this through commitment, compassion, dedication and professionalism.
